We use high-end CAD software, such as SIEMENS NX, combined with finite element analysis to guarantee the best possible solution.
PROTOTYPING
In-house CNC machining at our fully equipped workshop in Merelbeke, Belgium.
DURABILITY TESTING
Durability testing components on our Eddy current Dyno with state of the art cooling system.
PRODUCTION
To avoid tolerance inconsistencies, the production of the final series is carried out by qualified third parties with 5-axis machines.
